endposting medicine~

okay, done with my end posting for medicine clinical part. half way pass. i was lucky to have Dr Bashir evaluating me and the patient was so cooperative.

actually i was scared to take this patient for my end posting examination history taking and examination but since she became so much cooperative, i was changed my mind and take her as my exam's case.

actually she has this pyrexia of unknown origin. she has high grade fever for 3 weeks. investigation still been carrying on, but no provisional diagnosis made yet. kesian kat patient.

ok that's not important. actually, i bumped into this patient sebab yesterday, i was not the one been evaluated and my class turned out ward work. ward work mean belajar skill2 didalam hospital seperti draw blood, pakaikan ECG, observe doctors buat kerja but for me selain dari itu ward work adalah time to clerk new case or interview patient. on the way i berjalan2 ke cubicle2 patient tadi tu pull my hand and said she wanted to ask me something about her illness. so, since i pun tak ada kerja i sat next to her and cerita lah about her illness (ceh macam pandai2 je ko ekk) then patient pun kata

"sebenarnya, saya nih bosan sangat kat ward nih. nak ajak berbual tu yang saya panggil awak"

ohhh. she's boring rupanya. penatlah aku reka2 ayat terangkan pasal diabetes dengan hypertension. aigoooo. so thats why i choose this patient for my end posting. so that she could have me to chit chat with her dan disamping tu, i dapat benefit patient yang sangat cooperative. terima kasih ye unty.

lagi satu, sebab pyrexia nih nama pun UNKNOWN ORIGIN. memang happy sangat membantai segala jenis diagnosis. **sigh**
